Instructions for Tabulator Program
1. Download the ASUC Taulator ("ASUCTabulator.zip") and extract into an empty directory
2. Run the "Tabulator.jar" file
3. Click File->Load Candidates, and load the "candidates2008.txt" file.
4. Click File->Load Ballots and load the "vote2008.txt" file to distribute the first round of votes
5. Select candidates from the "Drop List" from elections.asuc.org and click "Redistribute"
6. Select candidates with the least number of votes (same-number votes can be selected together) and click "Redistribute"
7. Continue redistributing the votes until 20 candidates remain.
For Executive races, follow steps 1-4 and then the following step:
5. Redistribute the candidate with the lowest vote total until one candidate has a majority of the total vote.
